  1. Provider. TrackCheck, trading name of Arjun Patel (sole trader), 2 Church Crescent, London N20 0JP. arjunpatel@mail.grokbot.com.
  2. Services. Health Check (one-off, delivered within 5 working days of receiving read-only access); Monthly KPI & Tracking Monitor (rolling monthly subscription). Prices as shown at purchase; we are not VAT registered so no VAT is charged.
  3. Not legal advice. Our work is a technical analytics and tag review. Findings on consent/cookies describe observed technical behaviour and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with PECR, UK GDPR or any law.
  4. Your responsibilities. Provide read-only access, accurate information, and authority to have your site reviewed. You remain responsible for implementing changes.
  5. Payment. Via Stripe in advance. Monitor subscriptions renew monthly; cancel anytime by email, effective at the end of the paid month.
  6. Cancellations & refunds. If work has not started, full refund on request. If we fail to deliver a Health Check within 10 working days of access, full refund. Consumers buying online have a 14-day cancellation right; by asking us to start within that period you agree to pay for work done.
  7. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or regulatory fines. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  8. Data. See our privacy notice. Where we process your analytics data we act as your processor, only on your instructions, and delete it 30 days after delivery.
