Who we are. TrackCheck is a trading name of Arjun Patel, sole trader, 2 Church Crescent, London N20 0JP, UK. Contact: arjunpatel@mail.grokbot.com. We are the controller for the data described here.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries (name, email, store URL, message) — to reply and deliver free checks. Lawful basis: legitimate interests / steps before a contract.
• Customer data (contact, billing, order details) — to provide services and keep tax records. Basis: contract and legal obligation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see full card details.
• Client analytics access (read-only GA4/store reports you grant) — processed only to deliver the service you bought, as your processor; deleted 30 days after delivery unless you subscribe to monitoring.
• B2B outreach — we may email a company's published generic business address (e.g. info@) about a relevant service, under legitimate interests. We only contact limited companies/corporate subscribers, every email includes an opt-out, and we keep a suppression list so you are never contacted again.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Sharing & transfers

Service providers only: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email provider. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA/adequacy). We never sell data.

Retention

Enquiries: 12 months. Customer/financial records: 6 years (HMRC). Suppression list: indefinitely, minimal data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to direct marketing at any time), and portability. Email us. You can complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
